Jill is originally from the North East of England but trained at the RSAMD in Glasgow. She was recently nominated for ‘Best Female Performer’ in the CATS Awards for her role in the Alan Bennett monologue, Bed Among The Lentils. Other theatre credits include: Spend a Penny: The Refusal, A Kind of Alaska, and Moonlight, all for the Glasgow Arches; and Dr Korczak’s Example and King Matt for TAG TC, both of which toured to London’s BAC. Jill has also worked for the Edinburgh Traverse, Suspect Culture TC, and Newcastle Playhouse amongst others.

Television credits include: River City, Our Friends in The North and Cardiac Arrest, all for the BBC.
